Hello
Sadly, my current flatmate is moving back to Australia next month for a new job, so I'm looking for someone to take over his room starting mid-June.
The room is a double en-suite that comes mostly furnished, with high ceilings, two large windows, and a very big closet for all your things!
The flat itself is modern and spacious - it's a two-bedroom apartment with a large living room, as well as a large kitchen with plenty of storage space. Also comes equipped with a dishwasher and clothes washer.
The lease is renewed annually starting on the 10th of June - however, we're willing to work on a more flexible move-in date!
The monthly rent is 1350. Bills are separate (wifi, electricity + heat, council tax, water) and usually come out to be around 100-150 depending on time of year. If you decide to move in, the property manager will need a few documents to get you on the lease (ie, ID, evidence of employment, etc).
Looking for someone laidback, social, and up for a pint (or three) every now and then!
About me: Spanish / Cuban born in Spain, raised in Miami. Working in ESG Tech at a large company, so I'm pretty busy throughout the week. When I'm not working I exercise (bonus points if you play football), read, or check out gigs and art exhibitions.
Please respond by giving some info on yourself, what you do for work and in your spare time, etc. The more info the better!
