I have two rooms going at a lovely house in Mile End. 7-10 mins walk from three tube lines, selection of local pubs and parks (Victoria and Mile End).

Beautiful open plan kitchen living space, looking onto a huge garden and lots of fridge/freezer space.

There’s two bathrooms both with showers and another singular loo downstairs. The landlord will be renovating the two main bathrooms and replacing flooring over the summer.

I’ve lived in this house for the last year, and due to current house mates moving out to live with partners, i have two rooms available in this wonderful house!

We are looking for housemates who have their own stuff going on but enjoy catching up after work over dinner.

Ideally, looking for:

- Working professional, not a student
- Similar age 27-35
- Someone wanting the place to become their home
-clean and respectful

Large room downstairs at the front of the house with bay windows and lots of space for £1,045

Bills are approx £100 per month and the landlord is very easy to get on with and no estate agent involved.

We have a cleaner for communal areas who comes once every two weeks. Approx £10 per clean per tenant.
