Room to rent in a 6 person house share in Mile End/Bow available from 1st December with some flexibility.

Looking for a female to keep the gender balance in the house. The age range of the current house is 30-35 so ideally looking for a similar range, might make an exception for the right person!

Even though this is a six person house, it's split over four floors and has plenty of space, including a large communal ground floor, two bathrooms and a garden.

The housemates are a real mix of working professionals, including an art teacher, veterinary nurse, freelance videographer, software engineer and publishing professional.

The room itself is on the second floor with two big windows and lots of natural daylight. The room comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe and bookshelves. There is also some extra storage in the house if needed.

This is definitely a home rather than a house, everyone gets along and has a chilled atmosphere. People get together in the kitchen for chats but we also respect each other’s need for space.

Monthly cost is approx. £915 per month:
£788 rent/wifi + £125 bills (gas, water, council tax, weekly cleaner).

The area is great just a few mins walk from Mile End station, Victoria Park and Roman Road.
