Room One
500 pcm plus bills (100)
Very small, just fits a double bed and desk no room for anything else, storage is in cupboard in hall. Directly next to the bathroom, noise from the shower and door closing easily heard, The wifi does not currently work in this room but we can look into this. Comes with bed frame and desk.

Room Two
700 pcm plus bills (100)
Medium sized room that fits a double bed and desk with room for storage. Comes with double bed.

Current Flatmates
We are 1 guy + 2 girls early 30s and are a mix of professionals doing in office and work from home. Everybody is friendly with creative hobbies and we sometimes hang out in the living room watching stuff/have kitchen chats. We are very respectful of each other, utilising a cleaning rota and cleaning up after ourselves once we use communal spaces like the kitchen. Communication is also very important here as the flat is small, we let our group chat know when we expect regular guests and limit over night stays to three max a week.
We are also thinking of getting a cleaner.

New Flatmates
Two people who are used to shared living, considerate of others and happy to help keep communal spaces clean and pleasant. As it's a small flat, friendly, open communication is important to us.
