Quiet flat with great flatmate & own bathroom!

The flat:
Ground floor flat in a quiet and newish multi storey building with nice, considerate neighbours.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living & kitchen and a small patio. I have an en-suite bathroom, the other bathroom is not en-suite but it would be solely yours. It has a shower over a bath. There’s an open plan living room and kitchen. There’s obvs WiFi and a telly, too.
It’s on the south side of Mile End tube station, about a 7-8 minute walk away. I’ve never felt unsafe walking home from the tube station at night.

There’s also an underground parking space nearby that belongs to the flat. I don’t have a car but I occasionally borrow a car from friends and it’s useful not needing to put it on the road. You’d be free to use the space too.

There’s a double bed, mattress, bookshelf, wardrobe and desk.

Me:
I’m 40, I’ve lived in London for nearly 20 years, I work Monday - Friday as a physiotherapist. I love my job. I mostly cycle everywhere. I listen to a lot of podcasts. I do a bit of running and swimming and have recently started horse riding :)
I’m tidy and fairly quiet. I don’t really cook or bake so I take up little room in the fridge and freezer. (I have the palette of a 7 year old, and at most cook ready made pasta but generally speaking am fairly dependent on the microwave). I don’t have people over often as most of my friends have kids so I tend to go to them. Happy to have a catch up about life/work here and there, with a wine or a tea, or watch a film together occasionally, but ideally you’ve got your own London social life.
