SPACIOUS FLAT IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO LEAFY RICHMOND PARK

We are looking for a second person to take on the smaller double room which has just become vacant after 3 years!
The flat is the perfect home for those commuting into London for work (within walking distance to Mortlake Rail Station), or for someone who is living and working locally.
You will share a bathroom and large open plan sitting room/kitchen with one other tenant and we (the landlords) have a third bedroom/ensuite and sitting room on the second floor though are not there often. My husband and I dip in and out for brief visits as and when we have a reason to be in London. We will of course give any tenant notice of this, and may make the odd cup of tea in the kitchen, but that would be the extent of things (if even that!). Whilst the flat is not absolutely yours, for the vast majority of time it will be.
I will cover all bills other than gas and electricity. Water is included in your room rate at £15 pcm and we monitor bills depending on your usage. However, it usually works in your favour - we won’t charge more but if you use less, we will credit you!
When we do visit we may bring our little cocker spaniel who will love you to death if she has the opportunity! We will of course keep her upstairs in our studio with us; she is very quiet and very good natured.
Mortlake has great communications to central London and is 23 minutes by train to Waterloo, 18 mins to Vauxhall and 12 mins to Clapham Junction. There is also an extensive bus route infrastructure which allows easy access to Hammersmith tube.
Situated comfortably in the lovely village of Sheen, you will find an abundance of coffee shops, delis and restaurants, a Waitrose and the best independent gym (in my opinion) in SW London on your doorstep, with access to Richmond Park just up the road. What's not to love?
