The available bedroom is spacious and comfortably fits a double bed plus other furnishings, it also comes with built in storage, the double room comes unfurnished (the previous tenants bed is available to buy directly from them) and the living room will be fully furnished by the existing tenants.
We keep a very tidy and clean house which is something we all keep on top of.

The neighbourhood is quiet and very peaceful, a very short walk into beautiful Barnes and located right on the riverside - there are plenty of great local pubs and restaurants.

You’d be living with two professional musicians who are often away on tour or out gigging, so it would be quiet most of the time!
We’re looking for a professional individual, male or female but no couples.

The move in date is 31st August but there is potentially some flexibility with this if the tenant wants to move in sooner.

All tenants must give at least 2 months notice if they wish to leave.

We also have a black cat who is incredibly friendly and house trained.
