Short-Term (1-3 Month): Garden Flat w/Double Bed

Hello there,

My name is Vicki & I’m looking for a short-term housemate until around March 2027.

I've lived in this lovely 2-bed garden flat for around 7 years, and it's very much home!

I’ve had great experiences with SpareRoom, having made close friends through previous house shares.

It’s worth saying I keep the house tidy, calm and homey, so would want someone who would do the same.

I work for sustainability software company, 2/3 days a week from the office space at the end of the garden (see video). There's plenty of room for another person to do the same.

The flat is a two bed, with kitchen, living room, one bathroom and a large garden. The room available comes furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and 2 sets of drawers.

Telegraph Hill (where the flat is located) is a lovely area - there are great pubs just round the corner (Skehans, the Earl of Derby and the Rose), a tennis court in the park at the top of the road (that has an amazing view over London - a great spot for sunset & wine), along with a farmers market every Saturday.

I’m looking for someone to move around the start of December (but can be a little flexible if need be).

- Rent & Bills -

Rent is £830 per month.

Going by our current averages, bills come to ~£280 per person each per month (including a cleaner once every two weeks).

- Transport links -

Central Peckham is also a 5-minute bus/20-minute walk down the road.

New Cross Gate station is ~10 minutes walk away, which is two stops to Canada Water for the Jubilee Line, the overground train also runs to Shoreditch and London Bridge.

Queens Road Peckham station is ~12 minutes walk, with trains running to Clapham Junction and London Bridge

Nunhead station is ~14 minutes walk with trains running to Blackfriars.
