Lovely Room in New Cross Shared House

Hello everyone!

Great double room for rent in New Cross Gate, only 10 minutes walk from the station.

Room is furnished (bed, desk/office chair, wardrobe and bookcase). There's a decent sized back garden and living room too.

Housemates are all lovely and keep the place tidy. We like to socialise together sometimes, but also have our own space. I'd happily stay living here longer but have to move to study elsewhere!

There are 3 cute cats who also live here, but they go outside a lot and won't come into your room (unless you want them to)!

The room is available from 9th August although can be flexible with this. Room available up to 19th September 2026. This can then be renewed afterwards if everyone wants to.

Bills not included but come to around £70 to 100 per month, depending on the time of year.

Council tax Band D

Mature students (aged 28 and older) welcome, but council tax would still need to be shared between the 5 tenants (so no discount unfortunately).
