Cosy 4 bed house NewCrossGate

Hi,
After ~6 good years, two of the house are moving on to exciting new chapters of living with a partner or travelling, so there are 2 cosy rooms available in this hidden gem.

The house is an old victorian terrace with: 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, separate kitchen, and garden, (and free on-street parking).

Only one room features in the photos as both of the rooms are the same size (one is downstairs, the other is directly above upstairs.)

The house is located on a quiet residential street, (both rooms facing the back of the house) that is <5min walk from the buses of OldKentRoad and <10min walk from NewCrossGate rail/overground station and a big Sainsbury's.

Bills rise/fall in winter/summer but all in with utilities and council tax, come to ~£100 pp pcm. The landlord lives nearby and is very responsive in emergencies, is quite relaxed and their rules pretty fair.

Current flatmates:
Lara (F) SWE 32 - works in publishing, avid reader, and loves live music.

Harry (M) 31 GBR/JPN - works in climate-tech, loves cooking and travelling, current projects are piano and fitness.

Incoming flatmates:
We're looking for two chilled and friendly faces to take the rooms, with the hope of building a lovely new community in the house. All the usual SpareRoom cliches of "we're fun, but not too much fun" and "love hanging out but also appreciate we would have our own lives too" of course apply.

Ideally looking for Monday-Friday 9-6 professionals so work/sleep patterns align.

Note on the house:
The rooms are cosy, and the compactness of the house means those working jobs more in office than from home are preferred.
