Single room in a student household! New Cross Gate

Hi there!
We are a household of students, one of us will be moving out this November. We have a cozy single room available in a nice split-level flat. The property is super nice, with big windows and high ceilings, it has all the ameneties. The area itself is lovely also, with a park just across the road, good transport connections and interesting places around
The evenings in the flat are usually spent gathering in the living room for a meal, watching TV, catching up in the kitchen or going out on occasion. It's relaxed and fun, but we each value our own space as well
We ideally will be looking for another student or PhD to avoid council tax, but if you are a professional willing to pay it yourself, you're welcome to apply. We would like someone tidy, respectful, friendly and overall chill. Important that it is a liberal, LGBTQ+ friendly, pro-Palestine space, we would like to make it safe for all.
Rent is £925 a month + around £30 bills monthly. The agency is great in solving any issues with repairs around the house
