MON-FRI Rental in warehouse conversion

I am a professional working in media, who enjoys the great outdoors, film, and good food. I am also a homeowner, looking to rent out the second bedroom in my beautiful converted warehouse in the the heart of New Cross Gate.

Tucked away in a quiet mews, the flat benefits from plenty of light, (gorgeous big industrial windows), brand new bathroom and kitchen and a good amount of living space.

I treat the flat like quite a haven from the noise and bustle of London - this is definitely not a party house. So if you like somewhere peaceful to come home to, then this is for you. I am happy with hanging out watching TV of an evening, but also like my personal space.

The flat has just been fully furnished so I am looking for someone who is going to be respectful of everything in it, although of course, it should feel like home.

The bathroom is shared and has a bath and shower, with plenty of storage space to boot.

The bedroom is a good sized double and has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, drying rack and small chair in it (as well as a double bed, of course).

All the usual mod cons - TV, wifi, dishwasher etc.

There is also secure indoor bike store.

This flat share would suit a professional, working Green Park, City or Docklands way. New Cross Gate has trains that are less than 10 mins into London Bridge, the overland (orange line) which is two stops to Canada Water (and of course the Jubilee line). I work in Shoreditch and take the overland all the way and it is 20 mins door to door - GREAT!
