Extremely large living room and communal entrance (mini living room) to the flat means there is a lot of communal space outside of the bedrooms. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (the other bedroom has an ensuite, so the master bathroom is yours). No neighbours (the only neighbouring flat has had its tenants move out for 6 months). There is also a kayak available for you to use to take straight onto the canal from the flat.

With floor to ceiling glass windows across the living room and bedrooms, the flat is incredibly bright. Despite being in the heart of Fish Island, Hackney Wick, it's extremely quiet and you can usually only hear the birds in the morning.

Living room has underfloor heating, and all other parts of the flat have radiators. Your bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows (and blinds), and there is a brick wall between the 2 bedrooms for additional soundproofing. The internet is Hyperoptic fibre broadband, we've never had issues with it. There are 2 storage cupboards in the flat's communal area (one is a boiler cupboard), and lots more space for things. There is a small communal outside area with benches and greenery, visible from the bedrooms and one side of the living room, available for all building residents. There is also a gym next to the flat within the building block (personalised training gym, membership separate). Outside the building block there is a dance studio, several cafe's, a pottery studio and some fashion related units, and an off license shop which is open till late everyday.

The flat is overlooking the Olympic Stadium - the flat is located 10 minutes walk from the glorious Victoria Park, and 5 minutes from the Olympic Park and all the open running tracks and sports facilities there.

You'll be living with one other person - 33 year old male who will be going into the office 5 days a week from January. His bedroom has an ensuite. He likes cooking, reading, watching TV, going out and music. He's clean and is very pleasant to be around.
