Room available in Hackney Wick warehouse

We have a room available ASAP in our warehouse in Hackney Wick, 10 minutes walk from the station.
Rent is £800 a month + 1 month deposit
3 months minimun stay and after that Its a one month rolling contract

There is 14 of us, and we all work in different fields, including art, music, photography and other creative or independent jobs.

The house has 5 WCs and 4 showers, plus spacious shared living areas. As well an outdoor seating area.

We’re sociable and enjoy the occasional small gathering, but note that this is not a party house.

Everyone in the house has different schedules, with some people home more often than others, but we’re looking for someone between 23-35 years considerate, clean and easygoing, who’s happy living in a shared house and respects communal spaces.

Note that we are not looking for couples atm.
