I'm looking to spend some time working remotely out of London and am looking for a a lovely tenant(s) to look after my beautiful new-ish (the small new development was completed in December 2019) home in Peckham. It is situated within the corner of a sweet local park and in great position to take advantage of Peckham's buzzing food and entertainment scene.
Some furniture will remain in the apartment (TBC) and rental includes council tax and a bi monthly cleaning. Gas, electric and water (c. 80-120£ / month) are not included.
