Double Bedroom in fun houseshare!

We are currently looking for a fourth housemate to fill a double bedroom on the second floor at the beginning of September. Looking for someone with the usual qualities sociable, clean/tidy and willing to get involved with a house dinner/glass of wine occasionally and someone who wants to make it their home, rather than hermit in their bedroom.

The housemates:
We are currently 2 girls and 1 boy in our late 20's / early 30's who work typical 9-5 hours.
One of us is a teacher and the other are a mix of hybrid/office.

There is space in the room for a desk or if you prefer to co-work in the living room with me, as there is plenty of space.

We are looking for a male to replace the male housemate who is moving out. We are quite a sociable house and often chill together in the evenings but also have our own friendship groups, bringing friends over etc. is fine and we are very laid back 😊

The House:
Spacious 3 storey house with plenty of storage. South facing garden (ideal for the summer- Large living room and dining area. Downstairs toilet/shower room and upstairs bathroom. The room part furnished with a double bed and has a built in wardrobe too, so lots of space!

Peckham Rye station is a 10 minute walk away and is really well connected with buses.

£790 (includes internet, council tax, water, gas & electric)

No couples or students

We will be doing viewings on the 14th August and 16/17th (tbc)
