Near to Queens road train station with fast trains into London Bridge in 6 minutes, Canada Water in 7 minutes for the Jubilee line to Canary Wharf.

House is split into three levels, one bedroom on ground floor, one bedroom on second floor and 2 bedrooms on third with one bathroom with toilet upstairs and one shower room with toilet downstairs.

The house has a large open plan spacious kitchen with bifold doors which can fold back completely opening and joining into a very large and spacious private garden. Great for sunny days to enjoy relaxing in, working out and bbq’s.

The fully furnished kitchen also has a extra large communal area for you to cook and dine. A large living room and lounge to relax and unwind. Can use all the space to WFH. Washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry.

All rooms are completely furnished with large 3 door wardrobes and double size ottoman beds with mattress, all with under storage, large desks, chairs and draws. All bedroom doors have fireproof doors with locks and own set of keys to each room.

The house is close to Asda, Lidl and Morrisons on Peckham high street with loads of local convenience stores at a stone throw away. There are bus routes into Zone 1 on Old Kent road, as well as trains from Queens Rd Peckham station around the corner.

Currently there is 1 female and 2 male, all young working professionals.
And myself, Simon, 30, I’m a professional chauffeur and SIA close protection trained, I drive celebrities and clients across all UK major cities to film set locations. Currently working with Netflix up north around Oxford on a film set so I’m away for long periods at a time. I only travel back down to London after every week or 2 on the weekends when it’s my day off before traveling back again for work.

We’re looking for someone to come join us in a chill, peaceful, clean and easy going house. Be respectful of others and clean and tidy as we all enjoy coming home to a tidy and happy home.
