1 Month Sublet: Gorgeous, Big Double Room, Peckham

I'm subletting my lovely room for 1 month (11 Aug 2025 - 6 Sep 2025)

It's in a beautiful, bright and warm energy 2-bed flat in Peckham. It’s near the bus station, and more or less equidistant between Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham stations.

The flat is end of terrace and both east & west facing, so full of light ! There’s a big, open shared living space, and there are three bathrooms (!) - one toilet, one toilet and shower, one bathroom.

The flat is split over 3 floors: entrance on ground floor (where there’s lots of storage space, Inc room for bikes), communal spaces on 1st floor and rooms on 2nd floor. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and hanging rail.

The rent is £1,000 all in for the 4 weeks.

This room and flat are very much home, so I'm looking for someone who will take good care of the place while I'm away

You'll be sharing with my lovely flatmate Noemi, a filmmaker.
This is a calm, clean, communal space that you'd need to be willing to actively put equal effort into taking care of.
Being anti-racist and queer-friendly is essential.
