The room available are 1 single room (£700pcm) and 1 Double bedroom (£850pcm) EXCLUDING bills. Bills are roughly £100-£150, winter season is the higher end but that can be managed lower. Bills include water, gas, electricity, wifi and council tax.

Please kindly note, I am a live in landlord I have my own ensuite and live downstairs which keeps a separation between landlord and tenants. Unfortunately no overnight guest stays are allowed. Other than that I keep to myself and I’m only there to maintain the house and any fixing inquires and I’m very chilled and maintain a respectful boundary.
