The property is a beautiful, peaceful space in the heart of Peckham and Nunhead, newly refurbished.

There is a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area, with full-width glass doors opening directly onto a large private garden. On warm days, the doors can be opened completely, bringing the garden into the living space and making it perfect for morning coffee, long lunches or relaxed evenings outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the quiet bedroom sits at the heart of the house, away from the street. The bathroom has both a full-size bath and shower.

Although wonderfully peaceful, the house is within easy reach of everything Peckham and Nunhead has to offer, with its brilliant restaurants, cafés, bars and independent shops nearby.

Overground and rail stations (queens Road Peckham, Nunhead and Peckham Rye) are all within easy walking distance, making it quick and easy to get into central London. Free on-street parking is also available.

I travel regularly for work, which is when I make my home available for short-term lets.
The flat is available from the beginning of September to beginning of October and ideal for someone looking for a place to stay while they relocate or move between rentals.

It’s on a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours. It’s ideal for a professional person or couple who need a place for the month but not for anyone who wants a party flat as my neighbour upstairs is really wonderful and I want to rent the space to someone considerate about noise.

Rent is £2,600 for the month including council tax and all bills.

There is flexibility on dates to stay a little longer if preferable.
