We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in Peckham as I’m heading off travelling! Move-in date is flexible (preferably around late October - early November 2026.

Located in Peckham SE15, just a 4-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station.
Modern London townhouse spread across three floors.
Open-plan kitchen and dining area, communal lounge, outdoor space and garden, plus a small private gym.
Weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
Rent: £1,320 per month, including all bills and expenses.

🛏️ The Room
Bright attic bedroom on the third floor, with skylights and plenty of natural light.
Space to set up a dedicated desk or home-working area.
Shared third-floor bathroom with one other housemate.
Potential to move into a fully furnished room (as selling my furniture).

👫 The Housemates
You’ll be living with three working professionals aged 31–36.
We’re a friendly, easy-going and independent household. We all have our own work goals, ambitions and hobbies, while enjoying a comfortable and sociable home environment.

As part of the landlord’s referencing process, the incoming tenant must be employed full-time and have the right to work in the UK.
