Large Double in 2 Bedroom Home - Female pref

I’m moving into my own flat, and so I’m looking for someone (female preferred, 1 person, no couples) to take my room in a gorgeous house in Peckham / Nunhead from mid October. The house is shared with one other person.

It’s a bright 2 bedroom split level house, with living room, a spare room, cosy kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a garden. Gorgeous period features throughout, with beautiful painted wooden flooring and old fireplaces.

The house is on a quiet but incredibly friendly, leafy street just off of Nunhead lane, 3 mins walk from Peckham Rye park, and pretty typical of the Victorian era houses in the area.

My current housemate and I are both female working professionals in the creative industries in our mid/late 30s, and my housemate would be looking for someone similar who is clean, tidy, respectful. We don’t have afters or parties here - we’ve made a cosy home that’s a chill wee sanctuary, and looking for someone who can continue that vibe. Someone who absolutely has their own life, but that would be up for movie night and a yap etc.

Ideally the move in date is mid October, however this can be discussed. And ideally this would be 4 months + tenancy.

The bedroom will be unfurnished (happy to discuss selling some of the pieces) however the rest of the house is furnished.
