Double Room in Spacious, Friendly House – £910 + bills (approx £130 - £140 per month). Flexible move in date around early November.

We’ve got a double room coming available in our house and are looking for someone to join us on a long-term basis.

There are currently two of us living here, both guys in our mid-30s. One works in graphic design and the other works in music. We’re a pretty relaxed and sociable household — we’ll sometimes cook/eat together, have a chat or hang out, but we also have our own lives and tend to do our own thing. So it’s definitely a friendly house, but not one where you’re expected to be social all the time.

The house is spacious, with loads of communal space. There’s a massive front room/lounge, a big kitchen with a conservatory area, and a large garden. There are also two bathrooms (one with a separate bathtub) plus a downstairs toilet, so there’s no fighting over the bathroom in the morning!

The room itself is a decent sized double, with plenty of space.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going. Ideally someone who enjoys being sociable from time to time but is also independent and happy doing their own thing.
