Myself and my friend have found an exceptional flat near Peckham Rye and are looking for someone to take the large downstairs room. We're both professionals and are looking to foster a fun, sociable atmosphere in the flat.

There is a very spacious green garden with a small workshop that can be used for hobbies, plus a barbecue area and tables. The room has direct access to the garden and plenty of natural light because of it.

Location is 5 minutes walk from Peckham Rye Station, on a remarkably quiet street that is nonetheless in the center of town. Plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, stores, etc all within walking distance, including two large supermarkets.
