Hello! We have a room available in a three bedroom flat and are looking for someone to join us.
About the Room/Flat:
The room is a large double room, with an ensuite bathroom and it’s own small private balcony. The flat is located on Rye Lane, in the thick of it. It’s a new build, so when the doors and windows are closed it’s pretty quiet. The flat is 3 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station, and we have just about every amenity you could possibly need within a 5 minute walk. The flat also has a massive balcony. The rent for the room is £1050 pcm excluding bills. The room can be furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished - you can choose.
About Us:
Travis (me) - 36 years old from New Zealand, working as an IT Technician for a online streaming platform that sells music to DJs and EDM Producers. I work from home a couple of days a week. Interests: cycling, film and TV, photography, music, nature/outdoors
Jordan, 29 years old from Wales, working as an Engineer for a kombucha brewery. Interests: Sports (cycling, football, gymnastics), music (plays drums in two bands) (don’t worry, there are no drums in the flat)

We are looking for someone sociable who we can get to know. We like watching movies and we eat meals together when we can. We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy, so it’s important that we align on this. We don’t often have guests around (though you are of course welcome to), and we prefer to treat the flat as a quiet place to come back to.
