You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, microwave and the living room with me - a friendly tidy professional. This fully equipped flat, at warm temperatures in winter, is situated in an excellent location on the 1st floor of a converted maisonette; just a few minute walk away from bus stops and overground trains which take you to London Bridge in 8 min, Canary Wharf & Cannon Street in 10 min or Victoria, Bank, Charing Cross & Tower Bridge in 20 min. Located close to Camberwell college of Art, Goldsmiths college, London South bank University, Guy and Kings college hospital. There are plenty of amenities in the immediate area including a Morrison, Asda, Boots, a cinema, restaurants, branches of all 4 main UK banks, swimming pool, gym open 24 hours 7 days a week and a library. Room would suit a professional who is working in central London, the city or Canary Wharf and doesn't want the expense or hassle of a long commute. Ideally this will be a Monday to Friday let but can be flexible in occasional weekend stays, 7 day week rent or different schedule.
