The property has been completely renovated 5 years earlier with new electrics, plastering, decoration, kitchen and bathrooms. It is renovated to a high standard with marble tiling and wood floors, and is longing for someone who will enjoy it!!

The flat is located in Peckham **SE15 6BD** you are three miles from city centre with excellent bus connections.

The price is all-inclusive with nothing further to pay for internet, utilities or council tax.

Burgess Park, a fantastic and very large park, is located directly across the road.

6 months minimum term and 1 month notice.
