Clean home 5mins from Zone 2 Station and Bus Stop

Pretty much what the title says. I am looking for two lodgers to join my 3 bed home. The 3-floor house is located in a gated cul-de-sac with less than 5mins walk to a zone 2 station, close amenities include a cash point, dry cleaners and several shops (like Tesco, Sainsbury's...). There are 24hr buses 5 mins away, as-well as access to 3 further stations within walking distance. The house is in a good location to commute to central london within 12mins by train or walking distance to goldsmiths university and many more locations.

Weekdays are pretty much quiet as I'm a Teacher and often find myself working my backside off marking. I would describe myself as an upbeat person who appreciates a cosy and clean home to come back to at the end of a hectic day at work. There is free parking on the main road and a small space outside I like to call my garden (which in reality is a paved patio). Primarily I would prefer it to be a weekday let with the odd occasional weekend spent at the house (but 7 day lets are warmly welcomed too).

The rooms in question are furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and set of drawers. There is also an inbuilt cupboard in each room to be used as a wardrobe.

There are two toilets in the property- one downstairs and one in the upstairs bathroom. Internet provide is Virgin Media.

A bit about myself- as mentioned I am a English Teacher (secondary) and non-smoker. Ideally, I would like a non-smoking working professional or 2nd-3rd year/masters student but I'm open-minded and look forward to meeting new people. Also, as a heads up, cleanliness is very important to me!
