Bright, large Room to Rent in Penge

I have a bright, large double room in my lovely house in Penge to rent which you would share with me, the only other member of the house.

The room comes furnished (bedside table, desk space and wardrobe) with a super comfy double bed and is on the top floor which is quite spacious, and as this room is at the back of the house it feels private and snug.

Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge / dining room with space to chill, read and eat.

You can access the garden via the kitchen. The garden has been landscaped to grow vegetables, has a shed for extra storage and there’s also space to sit outside and enjoy the sunny garden.

I’m quite an independent person, and I work a hybrid job (sometimes from home and 2 days a week in the office). When I’m not working I’m at the gym, climbing and out with friends but I do really enjoy chill time at home and want to make a home that is comfy and cosy for everyone.

The house is right next to Crystal Palace park / Penge high street and is 5 mins walk from both Penge West and Penge East train stations.



I am looking for someone to move in Nov /beginning of Dec and some bills are included in the room (The split cost of a cleaner would be added and electricity costs may vary for heating over the winter months).
