About Me:
Hi everyone! Thanks for your interest in my room. I'm Antonio , a friendly guy who loves to travel. I spend a few months each year exploring new places, and I'm looking for someone to rent my bedroom while I'm away.

The Flat:
Four-bedroom flat (no living room)
One bathroom
Decent-sized kitchen/dining area with all appliances
Hallway with space for bike parking, coat hanging, and shoe rack
Mixed background housemates
Cleanliness is paramount

The Room:
Large double room with a big bright window that catches the morning sun
Furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, reading chair, and double door wardrobe
Easy pleasing clean decor with some plants
Wood flooring throughout, freshly painted
Sole use of the room and all the furniture space
Bonus: A few lovely plants that need some watering and care
while I'm away - please be a plant lover :)

The Housemates:
3 other housemates (2 males and 1 female)
Super friendly environment
The house is kept clean and tidy at all times
No parties or loudness after 10 pm

The Location:
Right next to Penge West overground station (some background train noise, but easy to get used to)
15-minute walk to Crystal Palace station
7-minute walk to Penge East station
Easy connections to central London
Crystal Palace Park across the road, perfect for strolls and Sunday farmers market shopping/eating

Preference:
We prefer a female tenant to keep a nice balance in the house
