A single room available in a two storey, 3 bed flat maisonette. The flat, currently with a female and a (hardly ever present) male, is located on Upper Richmond Road, Roehampton SW15 next to Rosslyn Park Rugby FC. Roehampton University, Richmond Park and Queen Mary’s Hospital are all just a stroll away.

Putney to the west and Richmond to the east are either a bus ride or cycle ride away. Near the river, the nearest BR station, Barnes is three minutes walk from the flat, through Barnes Common and then 20 minutes to Waterloo. Richmond Park is an eight-minute walk south. Hammersmith is a 15-minute bus ride away across the river. Buses 493, 33, 72 and the N10 pass the flat. Shops and amenities are available across the street or in Sheen or East Sheen, Kingston and Wimbledon also have good public transport links.

The flat includes a large kitchen and a living/dining area. The kitchen includes all appliances; washer, dryer, microwave etc. There’s a bathroom and toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

The room with bed, a desk, all bills (inc. wireless broadband) is £650 a month in total. A deposit of £650 is also required.

Neat, clean and tidy housemate wanted, nothing nazified, just someone able to tidy up after themselves. We are pretty laid back and enjoy having a laugh. You’d be sharing the flat with a male (who spends most of his time with his girlfriend in North London) and a female; we might have a drink together now and again but generally just get along with our lives.
