Double bedroom in lovely development in Roehampton

I live in a two-bedroom flat in a nice development in Roehampton. I am looking to rent my second double bedroom plus a big bathroom, including complete access to the kitchen - dining - living room area.

The bedroom is bright and airy as the flat is south-west facing and has direct access to the balcony. It has a double bed and plenty of storage (a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers). It also has a bedside table and a desk. The kitchen is well equipped

The development is very quiet, it has 24-hour security, a gym, and two beautiful gardens. It is also only a 10-minute walk away from the most beautiful park in London, Richmond Park.

There is a small Waitrose, a Co op and several grocery shops nearby as well as pharmacies, Post Office, etc. The area has also very good bus/transport links:

• 85 Kingston to Putney 

• 493 Richmond - Wimbledon
• 430 Roehampton - South Kensington 

• 170 Roehampton - Victoria 

• 72 to Hammersmith - Acton
• 265 to Tolworth - Putney Bridge Station
• 419 to Roehampton - Richmond
• 24 hours night bus N74 - Roehampton - Baker Street
• Putney Bridge and Putney East Underground stations can be easily reached.
• Railway Stations from Putney or Barnes within 10 to 15 mins. (It often only takes me 45 minutes to get to work in the Southbank).

I am looking for a professional who wants to rent for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extending the contract. Someone tidy, quiet and respectful, and with great references.

1 month deposit is required. Water, electricity, gas and council tax (£25) are not included. At the moment I would say that they come to approx £80 per month.

The room will be available from 1st May but it could be earlier if needed. Equally, I would not mind waiting if it suits the right candidate.
