A very bright and furnitured double room.

Dear all,

I am a full time student doing my Master's degree and living with 4 year old son. You will be living only with and adult and a 4 years old kid in the flat. We are a very friendly, easy going, relax and trustworthy family looking for a flat mate(s) to share our home with us for at least 6 months. We welcome single mothers with a kid or expectant mothers.

We have got a very bright double room for you; a very bright and spacious living room with a very big window and a door opening to a balcony, a separate kitchen with a big window that gets the morning sunshine, separate toilet and bathroom on the whole way and two storages for communal use.
We are away for 2 months ths every summer time. So, you can enjoy the whole house while we are abroad.

Our home is minutes away to shops, post office, library, bus stops (85 serving between Kingston and Putney; 493 serving between Richmond and Tooting Broadway; 170 serving between Roehampton and Victoria; 419 serving between Roehampton, Barnes and Richmond; 265 serving between Tolworth and Putney; 430 serving between Roehampton and South Kensington; busses 93, 14, 39 and 37 are in 20 minutes walking distance going to Central London, Clapham Junction, Morden, Peckham ).

We are based in SW15 and Richmond Park, Wimbledon & Putney Common are in walking distances.

P. S. The rent is £1160 per calendar month for a couple and £1000 per a single person for an calendar month.
