Cosy double room

Hello my future housemate , welcome to home! I am a London based musician and music teacher, There is a spare room available from 8th Sep on in our four bedroom house !

I am currently sharing the house with 3 friends who are professionals working in art industry and charity organisation. Everyone is lovely and largely keep to themselves at most of the time. I am living on the top loft with my boyfriend. There are two bathrooms and a good sized kitchen as well as a dinning room in the house. Your room is bright and sunny on the first floor next to a bathroom, so it’s super convenient! The heating system is in a good condition and quite warm in winter and the house is comfortable and well ventilated in summer.

I am looking for a housemate who are tidy, friendly, respectful and open minded to different cultures and enjoy living in the house share. Would be best if you are also interested in music and art !

This house is like a home and we would usually have house meal from time to time. I am really grateful that our former and current housemates are all really lovely people! So I am really looking forward to meeting & welcoming new family members !

The house is centrally located on a quiet street. Only 5 minutes walk to Seven Sisters tube station which is only 15 minutes on the Victoria Line to Central London plus overground services and good links to Stansted Airport.

Big supermarkets nearby include Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury's, and there are also lots of small grocery shops nearby. Ideal for students and professionals for short or long term stay.

Cleaning: I like to keep the house clean and tidy , so basically I am doing most of the cleaning by myself once a week. Would be appreciate if you could give a hand from time to time or when I am away.🙂

No contract no hassle, flexible move in and out, just give me a notice as early as possible and at least 2 month in advance.
