Amazing double bedroom in Seven Sisters

Hello everyone,

A large bedroom is becoming available from 1st February in our modern house. It is at walking distance from Seven Sisters tube station. The room is located in a new and gated development making the property very safe and quiet.

The house comes fully equipped with all appliances (grill, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge...) and it is fully and nicely furnished.

The room is furnished with a double bed, sofa, bookshelves and corner desk. It also comes with a built-in wardrobe and a south facing balcony! Plenty of light and sun.

There is a bathroom on the first floor to share between three people and a large guest toilet on the ground floor.

There is also a nice south facing patio with a four-seater outdoor sofa - It is a delight to be there when the sun is out!!

Lastly, the price includes access to a fantastic communal gym!!!

Fabio, 37, Italian, architect - makes an amazing salmon pasta!
Rafa, 48, Spanish, wine expert - handy to have around when you fancy a glass of wine!
Serena, 35, Italian - translation expert, loves to cook, languages and be active.
no couples!

We like our Netflix nights when it's rainy and cold outside and drinks and nibbles, whether in our garden or around the city, when it is warm!

We are currently motivated by our 2020 resolution and hit the gym often.

It is an amazing house. We are looking for someone tidy, respectful of communal areas/housemates and that will keep good care of the property.
