Amazing double En-suit loft room

A new lovely, quiet double en suite loft room on a third floor of a Victorian house in Seven Sisters. All bills are included.
We are a live-in women couple with one amazing cat, looking for a mature lodger who is a friendly, quiet, responsible, and considerate, who also loves cats not just tolerates them.

This room isn't suitable for people who work in hospitality.

Super fast internet, and a washer/dryer available.

*A note- that from October to January we will be having a kitchen extension on the lower ground of the house, there will be downstairs noise from 8am to 6pm and there will be limited cooking place. However, this will not affect the rest of the house which will stay clean, tidy.
During the time of the building work the rent price will be discounted to £850 a month for the inconvenience.

We prefer a lodger that works/studies full time (or mostly) out of home and
who is not planning on having friends/families staying over.

The room is in a new loft conversion, it is lovely and specious. You will have your own shower and toilet, it has a double bed, a desk with a chair, small table, wardrobe, drawer unit and a side bed table and a full-length mirror. You will be able to use one deep storage located in the room.

The house is in a lovely quiet street with very friendly neighbours. It is close to supermarkets and many different excellent transport links.

You will need to show your ID, references and payslips.
