A bright new lovely, quiet double en suite loft room on a third floor of a Victorian house in Seven Sisters. All bills are included.

Super fast internet, and a washer/dryer available.

The room is in a new, beautiful loft conversion, it is lovely and specious. You will have your own shower and toilet, it has a double bed, a desk with a chair, small table, wardrobe, drawer unit and a side bed table and a full-length mirror. You will be able to use one deep big storage located in the room.

The house is in a lovely quiet street with very friendly neighbours. It is close to supermarkets and many different excellent transport links.

We are a live-in women couple with one amazing cat, looking for a mature lodger who is a friendly, very clean and tidy, quiet, responsible, respectful and considerate, who also loves cats not just tolerates them.

This room isn't suitable for people who work in hospitality and coming back home late.

We prefer a lodger that works full time (or mostly) out of home and
who is not planning on having friends/families staying over.
Non smoker is essential.
No meat or chicken cooking at home.
