Shopping facilites: Big Extra Tesco 4 mn Walk, and the Tottenham Halle Retail Park with Lidl, B&Q, Halfords, TK-Max and many more.
The house is in a very good decorative order, very clean and benefits from a cleaning lady visiting on a weekly basis.

LANDLADY:
She operates 100pct legally. The house is a registered HMO with the Council. Complies with all Health and Safety Regulations.

FACILITIES IN THE HOUSE:
Kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, a washing machine and plenty of storage
TWO Bathrooms in total: a full one with shower/toilet and basin upstairs. A separate Shower and toilet downstairs.
Garden at the back with garden furniture.

THE ROOM:
Full of light, on the first floor, with 3 windows overlooking a very quiet road.
Much larger than usual with a double bed, a study corner, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.


THE HOUSEMATES:
All educated at degree level, nice and friendly but it is not a "Party-house". They appreciate their peace in the evening as they are all young professionals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NEW HOUSEMATE: please provide the following information:
- level of education
- WORK: what you do, income, WFH? Day or Night shifts (it would be problematic).
- Legal Right to rent? (this will be checked).
STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS.. Sorry.
You must be really clean and tidy.
No Couples, this is for a single occupancy, sorry.
