Double bredroom and private bathroom in Beautiful Victorian Townhouse. BILLS INCLUDED!
This is not just a room.
We’re offering a double room and private bathroom on the top floor of our three-storey Victorian townhouse in Tottenham — a bright, peaceful, private suite that feels like its own apartment.
You’ll have:
A spacious double bedroom with two skylights .
A modern fully private bathroom with large window, natural light, and twin shower.
Built-in storage and ample cupboard spaceFreshly painted and thoughtfully decorated before you move in.
This top floor is perfect for a mature, working professional or postgraduate student who values privacy, light, and calm. The only shared areas are our well-equipped kitchen and open-plan living room, which opens onto a peaceful garden with jasmine and a pear tree.
The Shared Aspect.
We live on the lower two floors and you’d only share:
A large open-plan kitchen with a range cooker, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. Our downstairs living room and a peaceful garden.
We are a creative couple looking to share our lovingly maintained home. We're a sociable but respectful couple who enjoy hosting a good dinner party just as much as we love quiet evenings at home. We are looking for someone who will treat our home with the care and respect we give it, with an emphasis on high standards of hygiene, cleanness and tidiness. We appreciate a mature, communicative person who is independent and comfortable in living in a family home. Is proactive with communicating well in person or through whatsapp, phone and email.
Location & Transport:
-Exceptionally Well-Connected
-We’re just a 5-minute walk from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line + Overground), getting you into:
Central London in 15–20 minutes Brixton/South London in under 40 minutes.

-Appreciates a stylish, well-maintained home environment.
This is a three-storey home with stairs only, without a lift or step-free access, so the space unfortunately isn’t suitable for those with limited mobility.

A Bit About Us
We’re a cis-het man and woman in our 30s and 40s, both artists working across the creative industries. One of us is a designer, oral historian, and part-time nanny; the other is a decorator, art restorer, and conservator. Our home is a peaceful, well-loved space that reflects our creative lives and our appreciation for comfort, beauty, and wellness. We value and enjoy a healthy lifestyle in cooking, fitness, the occasional dinner with friends, and quiet evenings spent working on projects, reading, or watching films. We’re warm, open people who enjoy a chat or shared meal now and then, but we also value personal space, and we respect each other's routines.
We are a zero-tolerance household for discrimination of any kind, including racism, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism.
We’d love to live with someone independent, kind, tidy, and respectful, someone who can enjoy the space as a peaceful home who shares similar values and is happy to live with a couple.
How to Apply:
Please send us an email with a bit about yourself – your work or studies, your usual weekly routine, what kind of living environment you’re looking for and why this arrangement appeals to you. We’ll arrange virtual meeting, followed by in person viewings and an informal interview for those we think could be well suited to live in our home with us. For the interview we ask that you bring references, proof of identity, and some form of employment or student verification as part of the process.
Looking forward to meeting you!
