Kitchen Access & Living Arrangements
We’re a couple living in the property and are looking for a lodger who needs a private room and bathroom, with access to our well-equipped kitchen during agreed hours.
The kitchen is fitted with a range cooker, a large fridge, a washing machine and a dryer. Kitchen access and use of appliances will be discussed and agreed in advance so that the arrangement works comfortably for everyone.

Please note: The main living room and garden are our private living spaces and are not included in the lodger arrangement. We’re looking for a mature individual who values their independence, respects household boundaries and appreciates a peaceful, considerate living environment.
