*You can swap the rail for a wardrobe if you prefer.* *Room comes as seen and furniture must stay.* Large window, great afternoon light.

We keep a *clean and tidy shared home*. You get the whole 1st floor: modern kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine, shared bathroom with shower, and living room you’re welcome to use.

*Private front and back garden – not shared.*

Fast fibre wifi and central heating included. Private entrance, no upstairs neighbours.

*Private front and back garden for your use.* There’s a BBQ you’re welcome to use.

*You’re free to plant your own flowers/veg if you want*,
but no requirement to help in the garden. There’s also a bike you can borrow for shopping.

Open to all nationalities. Must be okay with occasional tutoring visits during the day and happy to keep shared spaces clean. Minimum 6-month stay preferred.
