Lovely room in spacious home

After two wonderful years I’m sadly leaving this lovely house along with 3 great housemates, so please take my place!

The house is only a twenty minute walk from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line) and a 15 minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly), with two bus stops pretty much at the doorstep.

The house is very spacious, with a large kitchen area (where we’ve enjoyed occasional dinner parties), a lovely garden that's perfect for gatherings in the summer and sunbathing, and a big cosy living room to watch stuff in. We're also lucky to have two gorgeous parks on either side of us and we’re nestled in-between West Green Road and Green Lanes, so plenty of great pubs and restaurants around.

The room is on the bottom floor, and comes unfurnished (but you can do a lot with the space), with rent coming to £795 per month, and bills are usually around £130 or so. The move in date is November 20th.

You’d be living with three friendly housemates in their late 20s, who enjoy being in the house and nattering away, but also out and about doing all sorts of random stuff (ice hockey, climbing, ceramics etc.). We love that house and the area and have spent some time recently sprucing it up a bit Everyone pitches in to keep the place tidy and make it cozy and want someone who wants to do the same, make a house a home and all that jazz.
