Two double rooms in lovely spacious home

Hello potential new housemates, two of our former housemates are moving into their own places, leaving me (Taran) and Julia looking for two of you to join us in our lovely house in Seven Sisters! We’re only a twenty minute walk away from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line) and a 15 minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly), with two bus stops pretty much at our doorstep.

The house is very spacious, with a large kitchen area where we enjoy occasional dinner parties, a lovely garden that's perfect for gatherings in the summer and sunbathing, and a big cosy living room to watch stuff in. We're also lucky to have two gorgeous parks on either side of us and we’re nestled in-between West Green Road and Green Lanes, so plenty of great pubs and restaurants around.

The rooms are both on the first floor, and are unfurnished, with rent coming to £795 per month, and bills are usually around £105. The move in date is February 20th, but there is potential to move in sooner for one of the rooms.

You’d be living with two friendly housemates in their late 20s, who enjoy being in the house and nattering away, but also spend time out and about doing all sorts of random stuff - I start salsa lessons soon and Julia is obsessed with Formula 1. We love the house and the area and have spent some time recently sprucing it up a bit and will be doing more over the next few months to free it from the landlord white and grey, and get it ready for the summer (garden party????)! We all pitch in to keep the place tidy and make it cozy and want someone who wants to do the same, make a house a home and all that jazz.
