✨️2 rooms available in our Seven Sisters home!

Hello!

Two of our housemates are sadly moving out so we are looking to fill their rooms.

Both rooms are on the ground floor and are £775 per month with all bills included. One room is available on the 12th November, and the other on the 25th November.

The rest of the house has a kitchen and a dining room, a shared bathroom upstairs and a smaller shared toilet downstairs. We also have a garden at the back of the house. We're on a quiet street with Seven Sisters station (Victoria line and Weaver line) less than a minute walk away, and South Tottenham overground (Suffragette line) five minutes away. Markfield Park is also round the corner, which leads to the canal and Tottenham Marshes/Walthamstow Wetlands. There's a big Tesco right near the house, and it's a ten minute walk to Tottenham Hale Retail Park.

We are three professional girls in our late 20s and early 30s, so are looking for our new housemates to be of a similar age and stage of life. We are respectful of each other's space and it's very important to us that communal areas are kept clean and tidy. We all mostly keep busy with our own lives and spend lots of time out of the house, so it never really feels like five of us live here! We're looking for someone similarly independent - does their own thing, but is also happy to have a chat when our paths cross. The vibe of our house is calm and peaceful, with a friendly and cosy atmosphere. We would love someone communicative and considerate who tidies up after themselves, and who is happy to put in the effort to help look after our home. Being LGBTQ+ friendly is also absolutely essential!
