Short term room in Seven Sisters 4-bed

Our housemate is moving out in September, so we’re looking for someone to fill his room in our house in Seven Sisters for 4 months from sept - dec

Housemates

⁃ We’re 3 mates from uni (Callum, Tom, James) who have lived in the house for nearly 4 years now, and are very much settled + love the place and area
⁃ We all work full time so are in and out of the house at different times during the week
⁃ We’ll generally cook/watch TV/hang out together in the house; ideally we’d be looking for someone social and on the same wavelength
⁃ Otherwise we’re into our sport, music, film, books, Sunday walks etc. the usual stuff

House

⁃ The house is a terraced 4-bed in a mews with a gate
⁃ The rooms are all pretty much the same size, all have en suites, and there are 5 bathrooms in total
⁃ Downstairs has a nice communal area and kitchen, and a decent sized patio
⁃ We’ve also got washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer.
⁃ WiFi is fast and reliable
⁃ Landlord is very hands-off but responsive and quick to deal with any issues
⁃ Neighbours all a similar age and friendly

Area
⁃ 10 min walk from Seven Sisters underground station; Victoria line and overground
⁃ 10 mins from Green lanes and Harringay (loads of nice pubs + Turkish food)
⁃ 15-20 min bus to Stoke Newington, Clapton, Dalston etc
⁃ Close to river Lea canal and Walthamstow wetlands
⁃ The street itself is v much residential and quiet, not hectic at all
