I’m looking for two flatmates to share a furnished three-bedroom flat.

- Double room
- A comfortable, furnished double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, with space for a desk and chair for studying or working from home. The room is suitable for a student or a single person. All bills are included.
- Single room:
- Currently has a double bed suitable for a student or a single person.
- The double bed can be removed and replaced with a single bed, providing considerably more space. All bills are included.

Tenancy Agreements
- The incoming flatmate of the double room would join me on the landlord’s tenancy agreement. The arrangement for the single room is awaiting confirmation from the landlord. Full terms will be explained.
