I am the current tenant of a two-bedroom property in Haringey’s warehouse district. 🏭

We're located equidistant between Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale stations (8-12 minutes walk to each in opposite directions). 🤸🏼‍♀️

The second bedroom will become available and so I'm searching for a new housemate! 🤗

The property is a two bedroom industrial unit, i. e. it’s a live-work space (and so you’re able to work from home), with a reception and open plan kitchen and a shared bathroom all on the ground floor. 🛋

In addition, bills are included, i. e. gas, electricity and water, although council tax is not applicable and broadband is not set-up. 📲

With regards to your room, it is a bunk bedroom with a wooden mezzanine for bed space/a mattress and it will be furnished with a mattress, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers if required. Please note that the furniture photographed isn't the furniture provided. The room can be unfurnished. 🛌

The price of the room is £800pcm, including bills as above, and the deposit is the price of your rent per calendar month, i. e. £800, paid monthly in advance. 💸

The landlord is searching for a long-term tenant, ideally, as we’ve already been here for just over a year with a view to stay indefinitely. 🫂

We're looking for an independent, clean and tidy and friendly flatmate who treats the property as their home. Please note that the property is a no smoking property. No pets allowed. 😇

We have two cats, which is the reason for no pets allowed, and they have the run of the house between our bedroom and the reception and open plan kitchen so you must be a cat person! 🐈‍⬛
