Double Room from December

My housemate is moving countries so I’m looking for someone available to move in from December to hopefully long term, 3 months to a year.

🗓️ EARLIEST VIEWING DATE IS NOV 6TH

💰£800 includes internet and all other bills.

📍4 minute walk from Seven Sisters Underground and Overground Station, big Tesco and shops within 5-10 minutes

🏠The room is in the 1st floor apartment of a house. There is a kitchen, bathroom and hallway but no living room❗️

🙋‍♀️You’d share the apartment with me. Creative in my late twenties. I usually work hybrid but I’m currently freelance and I travel a lot. I'm either out or painting in my room on weekends.

▪️Looking to share the apartment with another girl 25-35
▪️Someone who loves cleaning and organizing like me
▪️Must be pet friendly, as I occasionally petsit a tiny dog
▪️I do enjoy a hangout in the kitchen but this is not really a busy social party household
▪️Ideally vegetarian

*note, the room comes without the nightstand and without the chest of drawers
