Cosy room in Tottenham

Flat in Tottenham/Seven Sisters available in early december, with 2 queer girls in their mid-twenties, looking for a friendly flatmate!!

- 10 minute walk to Seven Sisters on the Victoria Line and Windrush overground
- Very sweet cat

The house is off the main road, on cul-de-sac with young families and old-timers. 10 minutes walk from a park, plenty of lovely coffee shops and homey pubs along the road.

We are on the top-floor flat of a subdivided house, with access to a shared garden which we’ve been planting up over the last couple years.

You’ll be in the cosy room closest to the living room. It has one cupboard and bookshelf, and double bed. Plenty of storage under the bed too. (Plenty of space in the living room if you need to put a desk in there!)

The living room is very cosy à la ski-chalet (see photos) but well decorated, and we’ve got a fully kitted kitchen. Washing machine AND tumble dryer 👀 Bathroom and toilet are separate, roomy stand-up shower stall and a bath!

We are two queer gals working in publishing (many books…….), passionate about climate change, and theatre! We’ve love to garden and cook/bake, and enjoy organised fun :) We have a third flatmate in the form of a distinguished gentle lady (cat) called aries, she is very friendly, 15 years old and very chill.

Looking for someone to hang out with around the house, watch reruns and join our local community of pals!! 🫶
