Lovely en-suite in Shepherd's Bush (Mon-Fri only)

We are looking for a Monday to Friday (3-4 nights per week only) lodger for the top floor of our Victorian house in Shepherd's Bush.

The house has recently been fully renovated; you would have your own en-suite bedroom and use of the top floor (which has a further bathroom with shower although this is shared). Rent is £650 month including all bills, wifi and rooms will be cleaned weekly. This is only for (3-4 nights a week) and would only suit a commuting professional.

The top floor comprises a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with a loo, sink and bath. There is a separate, shared bathroom with a shower. There is access to the kitchen to make dinner and breakfast and basics such as milk, sugar, butter etc are included. There is also access to the washing machine and dryer but sheets and towels will be changed regularly and happy to do a dry cleaning run for shirts etc weekly.

My wife and I have two children who are 7 and 4. They are on the floor below in a bedroom next to ours.

There is always lots of parking on the road if you drive or scoot. Shepherd's Bush Market tube station (Hammersmith & City & Circle line) is 10-15 minutes walk and Shepherd's Bush station (Central Line tube and overground train) is 15-20 minutes walk.

There are plenty of buses on the Uxbridge Road which is 4 minutes walk away. Askew road is 4 minuted walk away and has an array of cafes and shops. Westfield shopping centre is 20 minutes walk away.

We are ideally looking for someone who wants more of a base than a home. We absolutely want you to feel at home but it wouldn’t be suited to anyone who wants to entertain from here or have people staying over.

My wife is a stay at home mother who does some freelancing work and I work for the family business in education. We are very relaxed, friendly and enjoy having someone here but equally will respect your space. You’ll very much be left to your own devices!
