The room comprises a double bed, with desk, and wardrobe. The house is suitable for young professional or students who are quiet, clean, organized and friendly.

The kitchen is shared and is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, two fridges, freezer plus all the usual appliances.

The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower.

There is also a private small garden.

LOCATION

The house is located just off Shepherds Bush Green, on a quiet street, but a close walk to all the shops and entertainments of Shepherds Bush. We are also five minutes walk to Westfield shopping center, Uxbridge Road and Shepherds Bush Market.

We are equally close to the Shepherds Bush Central and Hammersmith and City line stations, as well as to the numerous bus stops on the green that include the following routes. Also ten minutes walk to Hammersmith.

Both stations are a 3 min walk from the house. The rent includes water, gas, electricity, council tax and wireless internet.

Rent for the room is per month including all the bills and internet.

The room is available now. I will need one month rent deposit and one month up front.
