This professional and friendly household is looking for someone who is considerate, clean and friendly to share their home.

There is only one room available room at the moment -

The is on the ground floor. It’s a double bedroom looking out over the private west facing garden with plenty of storage space, and a private bathroom with an en suite shower room.
This quiet, warm and welcoming room has a a double bed, double wardrobe, chests of drawers, and lots of shelf space.

All bills, a weekly cleaner and fast broadband are included in your rent.

Shared spaces -
The typically Victorian high ceiling entrance hall leads to the living room. Three comfy sofas and big TV make for snug evenings and the large bay windows and mirrors for bright days.

The kitchen has a huge amount of storage and two large fridge freezers, so there’s plenty of room for everyone’s belongings. There’s a large dining table, a sofa and access to the garden. In the basement you’ll find a whole laundry room too.

The west facing garden has outdoor furniture, a BBQ and plenty of sun - it’s been a godsend over the last 18 months.

Your housemates consist of two female and 3 males - all professional or doing their PHD. Some are working from home at the moment, so respect for each others space and quiet is greatly valued. But when away from work, it’s great to be able to have a friendly chat, drink or shared dinner!

This house has a great central location. Fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, music venues and a theatre are at the top of the road. And for the more serious shoppers, the Westfield centre is only a 12 minute walk away.
