The stunning two story apartment has plenty of light and comes fully furnished.
We are three girls 22-27 years old. We all work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will get together and socialize from time to time. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space. It is a beautiful flat in a great location and very well connected to transport links.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Shepherd's Bush Market station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 10 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs.
We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Hammersmith riverside and the beautiful Holland Park.

The room is spacious and light and includes the following furniture: a wardrobe, a double bed with mattress and chest of drawers. The room has loads of natural light.

There is a large kitchen with all mod cons incl. Oven, washing machine, and a fridge/freezer.

The living room is of a good size and comes with two sofas and large dining table & chairs.

The shower room is of a good size and includes: a shower cubicle, a basin and a toilet. It has also a very large double glazed window, so it makes it bright and airy.

The rent for the room is £913 pcm (all bills included). The deposit is 1 month and held by Deposit Protection Scheme.
